Mark, I passed a clutch of about a dozen apparently newborn cones in a
nest off the west side of Quito Road between Routes 9 and 85.
Their eyes weren't open yet; they are soooo cute!!!


Well, there's nothing like a challenge.

So it's the 27th of February in the Intensely Futuristic Year 2000 -- rainy, gray.  I'm bored.  What to do...  ?

Head off to Quito Road, of course.

 

I don't know if I'm going to see any cones though.  But we can only hope.  Then I encounter this.

A sign!  Quito Road Resurfacing.  And a cone sitting next to it, for no apparent reason.  There may indeed be some cone action here.

But then, things take a turn for the strange.  What sort of trap is Chris Franks leading me into?
